Who is the funniest comedian?

Last week I made a post about Jim Carrey's movie Yes Man! Later I talked to my dad and my sister about the article, and they said that they were not interested in seeing Jim Carrey because he is old and crazy. My sister and Dad stated that Vince Vaughn is funnier. I thought that they were both crazy for calling Jim Carrey crazy and also saying that Vince Vaughn is funnier. Jim Carrey has a history of funny movies under his belt. Granted he did make the movie Number 23 which was bad but other than that he has made hits like the Cable Guy, Liar Liar, and Me Myself and Irene. Vince Vaughn has only really made Old School. I'm not saying that Vince Vaughn isn't funny, he has his moments, but he is no Jim Carrey. They also mentioned Adam Sandler and Mike Myers were funnier as well. Yes those two are funny but they haven't made a really funny movie in a long time. Adam Sandler has been cold since Click and that wasn't even that funny as BIG Daddy! Mike Myers hasn't really made any funny movies since the Austin Powers series and Shrek (not all three just the first one). So since we couldn't agree on who was the funniest comedian I decided to put a poll on the internet to let the world help us decide who is the funniest comedian.

Yes MAN!

On Saturday Angelica and I were fortunate enough to go out on a date and watch a movie for the first time in a long time. So luckily there was a good enough movie to watch that night. We went to go watch Yes Man and I am so glad we watched it. It was HILARIOUS. The old Jim Carrey came back in this movie, it was awesome. There were so many funny parts that I cant even remember some of them. I dont know if you know what I mean, but you know those movies that have that one funny part that you can remember, but this one had so many that I cant even remember them all. I am not saying that every scene and every minute of the movie was funny. I am just stating that this is one of the funniest movies I have seen in a while. I give the movie 7 out of 10 stars. This is a must watch! 

Our trip to the Christmas Market!

As most people may know My family and I have lived in Germany for 3 years. And over those three years we have not attended a German Christmas Market. For those of you who don't know what a German Christmas Market is, a German Christmas Market is place where people can come to buy German handmade crafts, drink hot wine (Gluhwein), and eat delicious German food. It was a great experience. Now if you were to ask me to go again I would say NO. But it was fun since we got to go Ice Skating outside, which was a great experience for me and my family. Jaythan had never been Ice Skating before and he didn't do to bad even though he keep falling he kept wanting to get back up for more. It was fun. Angelica feel down once, but since I am so graceful I didn't fall at all. We also had one of Angelica's friends join us to the Christmas Market, but she doesn't like blogs so I wont post a picture of her or mention her name to keep her "privacy" in tact. Overall great trip, but wouldn't do it again, its just not for me, but I am glad that I tried it out.

MAC vs. PC

Mostly everybody I know owns an Ipod or Iphone, but I don't know of anyone who owns a MAC computer. Well that has all changed. A really good friend of mine decided to purchase a MAC computer. So I went to his house to check it out and I immediately feel in love at first sight. Almost like Wall-E did with EVA! The computer looks good, it runs smoothly, it didn't have any pop ups, it didn't ask you to update a thousand things, and it didn't have a thousand icons on the desktop with trial memberships when he first started the computer. The computer is great. After I checked the computer out I did some research to find out as to why nobody likes the computer? There were two reasons as to why nobody  wanted the MAC. The two big reasons were that it was two expensive and there isn't a lot of software that you can use with MAC (mainly games). Who cares you get what you pay for and who really plays video games on a computer anyway. 

Now I'm not dogging the PC because I own two myself thanks to my mother, but a MAC computer seems like a pretty good option. Think about it, if you love the Ipod how could you not love their computers as well. If I could I would change all the computers in my house from PC to MAC. 

Best Christmas Gift

The Best Christmas Gift EVER!

Today I called my mom with intentions just to talk about her working so much and so late but somehow the conversation switched sides and we ended up talking about some shoes that I was unable to get. If you are unaware of the shoes they are Jordan's and it consisted of two pairs of shoes that may never come out again. Anyways my mom ended up asking me if I would like her to wait in line for me to get the shoes. I thought that was awesome of her to offer. Granted I am her son but that is besides the point she just got off of work at 2 in the morning woke up at 5 and went to wait in line for me until 7 just to get something for me. What a great mom I have. Oh yeah I forgot to mention that she has to be at work at 10 am. Thanks mom for doing me a such a great favor.

When I got off the phone it got me to thinking about christmas and how the best seems to come out of everyone. To bad it takes this one holiday to bring the best out of everyone. 

 

It also got me to thinking about all of the great gifts that "SANTA" got me! One gift that I love so much that I still use it to this day. I got this gift back in 2001 and I would have to label this as the best Christmas gift I have ever gotten. It came with the shoes you see above and it also came with a sweatshirt that is still in great condition. Thanks Mom and Dad for such a great gift, I mean thanks SANTA!

PEOPLE IN THE STATES!

On my blog I usually only talk about movies, shoes, and the family. Today is a different story because I am going to complain about Germany. Besides the fact that I hate Germany's weather I also hate the parking in Germany. It is awful! Yesterday I went shopping for Christmas and spent more time trying to find a parking spot than I actually did shopping, it was horrible. Lets just say I never want to hear people in the States complain about their being no parking until you have tried to park in Germany during Christmas time. The reason being in the states you can go to the mall and have a huge parking lot for you to park your car, but here in Germany we have parking Garages but they only have enough room to fit about 20 cars but the Germans can make 30 cars fit in the Garage. They park just about any where they want, they don't care how close they are to another car. It is ridiculous. I really do wish I had brought my camera to show you exactly what I am talking about.

One of the may reasons why I am ready to go! Don't get me wrong this was a great experience, and I have been able to travel to many great places. But it is about that time for me to go back to America!

This Christmas

This Christmas there are tons of movies coming out that I would love to see but as you know I wont be spending my Christmas at the movie Theater. Instead I will be at homing wishing that I could see some of the great movies that are coming to theater. For those of you who are going to be in the states "MOVIE HOPPING" let me know about these flicks that are coming out and tell me if they are good or not:

Well we already know about Benjamin Button. There is also a movie called Valkerie and The Spirit. All three of these movies are a MUST watch. I will drop a trailer for both of them and tell me what you think!

Valkerie: This movie looks really good and was made in Germany! Cool huh!



The Spirit: This movie also looks really good and if is from the same writer who wrote Sin City & 300! This trailer isn't that good but if you go on IMDB you can find a better trailer.





One other thing before I go! There is a movie coming out on MAY 1 that I believe will be a must watch as well, seeing how it will be my birthday an all! Its called X-Men Origins: Wolverine! This movie is going to be so DOPE! Check it out!

Have you ever!

I have some good information for those that shop online. I don't know about anybody else but me and my wife do a lot of our shopping online just because we aren't able to find the products we want at the military store.

Have you ever shopped online and get all the way to the checkout part and it ask you do you have any promotional codes that you would like to use, but are never able to put anything in that section because you don't have any promotional codes. If you are like me, you get upset because you know there are some promotional codes out there, but you are never able to use it because you don't know where to find these codes.
